Creating/developing mission statements, capabilities statements, bid packages, letters of intent, retraction, rescindment, justification, NDA’s etc. and the execution of contract award documents, lien documents, COI’s and liquidated damages, portal applications such as CAGE, SAM, Dunns etc. Handle all submittals, for bids to include creating technical specifications, data research cost analysis, price negotiation, market research etc.
Prepare FF’E Packages, monitor daily RFQ’s and bid opportunities, host weekly meetings with my client and their appropriate staff. Provide and facilitate other consulting request as needed to include, project walk through/punch, project management and delivery of close out documents.
